Boston Acoustics SPG555 Subwoofer

Boston Acoustics has just released its brand new Boston Acoustics SPG555 subwoofer. The Boston Acoustics SPG555 subwoofer features a 3½ voice-coil, a 3¾ inches of peak-to-peak excursion and their Radialvent cooling technology. This subwoofer also has RVC (Removable Voice Coil) which allows coil to be exchanged without removing the woofer from the enclosure. On top of that, the Boston Acoustics SPG555 subwoofer is available in 4-ohm and 2-ohm versions, handles 1000 watts of RMS power and only weighs 26 pounds due to their Neodymium Lightweight design.

Alpine Type-R Thin 10″ Subwoofer SWR-T10

Alpine has released a new Thin 10″ Type-R Subwoofer that comes in a more versatile package optimized for extremely small enclosures. It features a 45% depth reduction as compared to the traditional 10″ Alpine Type-R Subwoofer yet still offers the intense low-bass performance and ground-shaking output of the traditional Alpine Type-R subwoofer. The Alpine SWR-T10 subwoofer has a power range of 300 to 600 watts, has a RMS power handling of 600 watts and has a peak power handling of 1800 watts.
